Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the CozysLoop store and purchases made through it.

Our Products
CozysLoop sells digital PDF knitting and crochet patterns. We do not supply finished toys or crafting materials unless expressly stated in a product listing.

Please review the product description, pattern language, technique, and requirements before placing an order. The appearance and size of your finished project may vary depending on your materials, tension, and technique.

Orders and Payment
You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information, including an email address that can receive your purchase.

Prices, currency, and applicable charges are displayed before payment. Payment must be successfully completed before files are delivered.

If an error or availability issue affects your purchase, we will contact you to resolve it. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement. If we cannot supply your purchase, we will refund the amount paid for the unavailable product.

Digital Delivery
PDF files are manually sent by email within 24 hours of successful payment. Downloads are not instant. Please refer to our Digital Delivery Policy for further details.

Use of Patterns
Your purchase allows you to download and use the pattern for your own crafting.

Except where permitted by law or authorised by the rights holder, you may not redistribute, upload, share, reproduce for distribution, or resell the digital pattern.

Any permissions concerning the sale of finished items are stated in the individual listing or pattern licence. Please contact us if you need clarification.

Cancellations and Refunds
Our Refund Policy explains cancellations, order problems, and refunds. Nothing in these terms overrides mandatory withdrawal rights or remedies for faulty, misdescribed, or undelivered digital content.

Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the store, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Consumer Rights and Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted. Mandatory consumer protections applicable to your purchase remain in effect.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms for future transactions. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order.
