All CozysLoop products are digital PDF knitting or crochet patterns. No physical products will be shipped, and no shipping fees apply.

Manual Email Delivery
We manually send your PDF files to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours of successful payment. This delivery period applies every day, including weekends.

Your files are not provided as an instant download.

Your Email Address
Please provide a valid email address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.

If you do not see our delivery email, check your spam or junk folder.

Delivery Assistance
If your files have not arrived within 24 hours, or you have difficulty opening them, email izorasayas07935@outlook.com with your order number. We will investigate and help you access your purchase.

File Requirements
You will need access to email, an internet connection, and a device or application capable of opening PDF documents.

Please check each product description for the pattern language, crafting technique, and requirements before ordering.

What Is Included
Your purchase includes the digital pattern described in the listing. Finished toys, yarn, needles, hooks, filling materials, and other supplies are not included.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights concerning delayed, missing, or faulty digital content.
