Refund Policy

CozysLoop sells digital PDF knitting and crochet patterns. Finished items, yarn, tools, and other materials are not included.

Cancellation Before Delivery
You may cancel your order for a full refund before we email your PDF files. To request cancellation, contact izorasayas07935@outlook.com with your order number.

After Delivery
Once your files have been supplied, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind, except where required by law.

Problems With Your Purchase
If you receive an incorrect, corrupted, incomplete, or materially misdescribed file, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. We will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a corrected file, replacement, price reduction, or refund, as required by applicable law.

If you accidentally purchase the same pattern twice, please contact us so we can review the duplicate purchase.

Missing Delivery
If your files have not arrived within 24 hours of successful payment, check your spam or junk folder and contact us for assistance. Your legal rights concerning delayed or missing delivery remain unaffected.

Statutory Withdrawal Rights
Where applicable, consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase. EU consumers generally have 14 days from concluding the contract.

For digital content, that right ends when supply begins only if all applicable legal conditions have been met, including your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you will lose the right to withdraw. Receiving an email or accepting these policies alone does not waive that right.

To cancel or exercise a withdrawal right, email us with your order details and a clear statement that you wish to cancel or withdraw.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Statutory refunds will be made within the applicable legal deadline. Your payment provider may require additional time to display the funds.

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.
